Remodel & Renovation Wiring in Woodway
An open wall is the cheapest electrical opportunity a house gets. We plan circuits for how the room will be used, then rough in to suit whoever follows. Talk it through on (000) 000-0000.
Talk it through — (000) 000-0000
Remodel wiring usually fails on sequencing rather than on anything technical. Cable before insulation, devices after paint, and a rough-in inspection that has to clear before anything is closed. We name the dates we need early so they sit in the builder's programme instead of ambushing it.
How it runs
What the job looks like
01
Go through the drawings
Room by room, marking where circuits, switches and fittings land.
02
Rough in
Cable, boxes and panel work while the walls are open, set out for inspection.
03
Trim and test
Devices after paint, every circuit tested and written into the directory.
Detail
What we watch for
- Kitchen circuits kept separate — small-appliance, dishwasher, disposal and range circuits as required
- Lighting planned per room — layers rather than one fitting in the middle of the ceiling
- Panel capacity checked first — an addition can outgrow the service quietly
- Snohomish County inspection dates named early — so the programme accounts for them
Questions
Asked often
Can you work to our builder's schedule?
Yes. We are usually one trade among several and we fit the programme, asking for the rough-in date as early as possible because every other trade waits behind it.
Does the old wiring have to go?
Not always. Cable in good condition with an intact ground can often stay. Ungrounded or cloth-sheathed cable in a wall you have already opened is worth replacing while the access is free.
Have it looked at before you commit
